Anxiety/Panic/Obsessive Thoughts: these experiences can make you feel helpless and alone. Having provided counselling/therapy for over 12 years, I have seen how common the experience of having “anxiety about the anxiety” is. I am passionate about helping people to understand how anxiety/mood issues operate, the grip they form on you, and how to begin to heal.

I am also dedicated to helping those who suspect they are struggling with a narcissist in their life. I strive to help clients understand how this negative pattern of behaviour is impacting them and how to start protecting themselves.

Postpartum mental health is another area of dedication in my practice. I believe it is imperative that new parents have the opportunity to talk about how difficult this phase of parenting can be, understand how anxiety and depression can manifest in various ways, and that they are not alone.

My priority is to provide a space that is welcoming and safe so that you feel able to explore your concerns and challenges. I have training and experience in CBT, trauma, attachment, anxiety and other mood concerns, relationship issues (including narcissism), family issues, and work-related stress. I believe all humans are experts in their own lives and that the therapeutic process can allow movement towards better balance, well being, and overall health.
