I believe in holding space for every part of yourself in an empathetic and accepting way where you are free to share who you are. I am here to be a part of a healing process that happens at your own pace. I hold an integrative approach to therapy; focusing on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches with special attention to inner-child work and attachment styles. I commonly integrate cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, or solution-focused approaches in a collaborative way.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and am currently working towards a full registration.

I also provide psychotherapy for clients who have a family member with autism and am dedicated to supporting these families through the unique challenges they may face. Whether it’s navigating communication difficulties, managing stress, or addressing feelings of overwhelm, I aim to create a compassionate space where families can process their experiences and discover effective strategies to enhance their relationships and well-being.

I have experienced my fair share of school and relationship stress, especially during my late adolescent and early adult years. My experience as a client in psychotherapy drastically improved my mental health and helped me to live an authentic and fulfilling life. I currently work with young women who may be looking to do the same, struggling to find themselves or are experiencing anxiety or depression due to cultural, family, relationship, or career stress.

My enthusiasm and passion for healing stems from my confidence in the powerful impact that a judgement-free, safe space to speak about weighing issues can have on someone’s life.

I would be honoured to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
